These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Account Manager mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by IND Tech Mark PVT LTD, India.
By installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Nature of the App
Account Manager is a utility application designed to help users store, organize, and manage account-related information for personal or business use.
The App is a self-managed tool. All information entered into the App is provided and controlled solely by the user.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use this App
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law
Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- All data entered into the App is accurate and lawful
- You are responsible for securing your device and App access
- You will not rely on the App as a sole backup or compliance system
The company is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, uninstallation, user error, or unauthorized access.
4. Prohibited Use
You must NOT use the App to:
- Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate others or commit identity misuse
- Violate Indian laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App
- Circumvent security or usage limits
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent restriction, without notice.
5. Data & Privacy
Use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to data processing as described therein.
The App does not automatically access OTPs, banking credentials, or sensitive personal data.
6. Paid Features & Payments (If Applicable)
If the App offers paid features:
- Prices are shown before purchase
- Payments are processed via Google Play billing
- All purchases are final, except where refund is required under Indian law
- No refunds for partial usage or dissatisfaction
The company does not control Google Play’s payment systems.
7. Service Availability
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
- Maintenance, updates, or downtime may occur without notice
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in:
- The App
- Software
- Design
- Branding
- Content
remain the exclusive property of IND Tech Mark PVT LTD.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or internal business use only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- No warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose
- No guarantee that stored data will meet legal, regulatory, or business requirements
- Use of the App is entirely at your own risk
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:
- The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) in the last 3 months
This includes loss of data, business loss, or device damage.
11. Termination
The company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access for violations
- Restrict usage for legal, security, or operational reasons
No obligation exists to retain user data after termination, subject to legal requirements.
12. Updates & Modifications
- Features, functionality, or Terms may change
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance
Users are responsible for reviewing updates.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India
Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive authority
